High Performance Pneumatics: Equipped with 300 bar high-performance pneumatics, the system delivers up to 1000 litres of breathing air per minute, supporting up to four users simultaneously.
Long Duration Operation: Adjustable cylinder bands and high-pressure cylinder connectors accommodate various cylinder sizes at both 200 and 300 bar. Non-return bleed valves enable cylinders to be replaced independently for continuous operation.
Safety Alarms: The system can be fitted with a medium pressure warning whistle or a DS4 (automatic distress signal unit) that provides audible and visual alarms if the airline supply pressure falls below 3.8-4.1 bar (55-60 psi), alerting users to switch to a reserve air supply or initiate evacuation procedures.
Robust Construction: Built with a welded stainless steel tubular frame for durability and corrosion resistance. The hose reel can hold up to 90 meters of PVC hose or 60 meters of anti-static hose, providing extended reach in various work environments.
