Bechem Lubricants

SILICON GREASES

Silicone greases based on high viscosity index silicone oils ensure a wider operating temperature range (+200 °C to -70 °C). These synthetic greases exhibit good thermal stability at high temperatures and excellent fluidity at extreme low temperatures. Also Silicone greases possess excellent oxidation stability and is a good option for ‘lubricated for life’ requirements. Silicone greases possess excellent compatibility with almost all kinds of engineering plastics and rubber. Limited lubricity of silicone greases is advantageous for metal to plastic contacts like cables and sliding electrical contacts.

Low TEMPERATURE GREASES

BECHEM’s range of low temperature grease exhibit excellent viscosity temperature behaviour ensuring optimal lubrication to contact partners in even extremely cold environments. These high performance low temperature grease minimise starting resistance at low temperatures and also provides longer service life.

  • Bechem Berusil FO 36-2: Temperature Range -50 to +180, Base Silicon Oil, Thickener Lithium. Application in plain bearings, plastic and elastomeric bearings and seals, packing glands, precision instruments, optics, electronic devices etc.
  • Bechem Berulub FK Series: Temperature Range -40 to +180. Depending on application, a combination of base oils and thickeners is used. Suitable for electrical systems in vehicles and energy systems that experience resistive loads, inductive loads, switches and small gears, all kinds of carbon-film potentiometers, relay switches, motor or generator commutators, variable condensers, high-frequency sliding contacts. Possesses noise dampening ability.
  • Bechem Berutemp FB 38: Temperature Range -40 to +180, Base Barium Complex, Thickener Perfluoropolyether. Suitable for roller and plain bearings subjected to high loads, including top arm bearings, threaded spindles, ball screws, toothed gears, endless screws etc.

HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASES

BECHEM’s range for high temperature applications include greases developed from special Polyurea to advanced PTFE thickeners blended with synthetic as well as special mineral base oils. These high temperature greases possess excellent temperature to consistency behaviour. The advanced additive package consisting of anti oxidants and solid lubricants ensure lubrication at elevated temperatures for longer duration’s, thereby reducing re-lubrication frequency.

FOOD GRADE OIl

BECHEM’s food grade grease range are also Kosher and Halal certified As there is possibility of lubricant getting in direct contact with the food being processed, lubricants need to physiologically harmless, odourless, tasteless and colourless.

Recommended for Bühler pesa mill bearings, plain and roller bearings, cam discs, linear drives, small gears, guides and rollers in the food and pharma industry including dairy, breweries, canning factories etc. Can be used in central lubrication systems as well.

Prevents cold welding, fretting corrosion, and seizure of screws, nuts in spindles, press fits exposed to high temperatures. WATER RESISTANT GREASES

BECHEM’s range of water resistant greases have been exclusively developed to withstand hostile operating conditions with exposure to water as well as aggressive and corrosive media. The special formulation with corrosion inhibitors ensure corrosion protection of contact surfaces. Repelling water, these special adhesive greases provide excellent stability even after prolonged working duration, under high loads.
